1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package on our courier partner's website.

4. Damages

  • Wear ZeroScript is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us at wearzeroscript@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
