Exchange Policy (No Returns/Refunds)

At Wear ZeroScript, we want you to love your vibe and be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a growing streetwear brand, we currently operate on an "Exchange Only" policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.

1. Eligibility for Exchange You have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or product. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start an Exchange To initiate an exchange, please contact us at wearzeroscript@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange.

If your exchange is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Damages and Issues: "Please note: An unboxing video is strictly required to process any claims for defective or damaged products." Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at wearzeroscript@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a free replacement.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

Exchange Process & Address: For eligible exchanges, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. In rare cases where reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, you may need to ship the item to our facility.
